Demi Moore (now Demi Guynes Kutcher; born Demi Gene Guynes) is an American actress. She was born on November 11, 1962 in Roswell, New Mexico. Moore had it pretty tough growing up. Her father left her mother before she was born. Her mother remarried and Demi ended up with her stepfather's surname, Guynes, on her birth certificate. Her stepfather didn't bring much stability into her life, frequently changing jobs and making the family move close to 40 times, until finally settling in Los Angeles in 1976. Both her parents were alcoholics who constantly fought and beat each other, until Guynes took his own life in 1980.

Demi went to Fairfax high School in Hollywood from which she dropped out when she was 16 to work as a pin up model and actress. her film debut was in 1982 in a sci-fi film called Parasite. popularity grew with the success of films such as "St. Elmo's Fire"(1985), "The Ghost"(1990) in the early 90's she was one of the highest paid actresses due to acting in box office hits such as "A Few Good Men"(1992), "Indecent Proposal" (1993), "G.I. Jane"(1997) and others. She had a notable role in "Charlie's Angels: Full Throttle"(2003).

Moore is a practicing Kabbalist. She has been married 3 times, the first time to recording artist Freddy Moore in 1979. They divorced in 1985 but she kept his last name. She Married Bruce Willis in 1987 and they had 3 daughters together- Rumer Willis (1988), Scout LaRue Willis (1991) and Tallulah Belle Willis (1994). They separated in 1998 only to divorce in 2000, without naming any special reason. They remain good friends. She married Ashton Kutchner, who is 16 years her junior, in 2005 after two years of dating. Currently her primary residence is in Hailey, Idaho although she spends much time in Los Angeles.
