Anne Heche is an actress who is immediately recognizable for her class beauty and fair looks. She was born May 25th, 1969 in Aurora, Ohio. Her father was a Baptist minister. In Heche's biography called Call My Crazy, the actress claims her father molested her as a child. He died in 1983 of AIDS after telling his family of his homosexuality. Heche's brother Nate also died that year due to a car accident. This was all while Anne Heche was still in high school in Chicago at the Francis W. Parker School. She was already a noted actress and received a role on As the World Turns. Heche turned it down though in order to finish her schooling first.

After Anne Heche finished high school, she accepted a role on Another World. Her acting left a large impression which led to several soap opera awards. From there, her career went into film with roles in O Pioneers, The Adventures of Huckleberry Finn and Against the Wall, amongst other successful films. In 1996, Anne Heche co-starred in the film The Juror and really began to gain fame. She proved that she could play various types of characters from the sexy wife to an eccentric drug addicted mother.

In addition for her acting, Heche is known for her relationship with lesbian Ellen Degeneres which lasted three years from 1997 to 2000. After their breakup, Anne Heche began dating Coley Laffoom whom she married in 2001. The couple had a son in March 2002. They later broke up in 2007. Anne Heche also gained a lot of attention for her psychological problems. She has been known to do things like declare god is waiting to take her to heaven in a spaceship and experience disorienting illusions.
